How long do custom orders take?
This depends on the complexity of the design and my current workload. Simple designs can take a few days, while intricate pieces may take a few weeks. If you need something for a specific date, please contact me in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Embroidered Clothing & Fabric Items
To ensure your embroidered pieces stay beautiful for years, follow these care guidelines:
- Hand wash recommended: Use lukewarm water and mild detergent.
- Machine washing (if necessary): Turn the garment inside out and use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Avoid harsh detergents & bleach: These can fade threads and damage fabric.
- Do not wring out embroidered areas: This can distort the design.
- Air dry preferred: Lay flat or hang dry. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Ironing: If needed, place a cloth over the embroidery and use a low heat setting. Do not iron directly onto the stitches.
Embroidered Home Décor & Accessories
Dust gently with a soft cloth or lint roller.
Avoid moisture: Keep them away from damp areas to prevent fabric warping or thread damage.
Framed or hooped embroidery: Do not press or bend the fabric. Store flat when not in use.
Bags, Pouches & Accessories
Spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild soap.
Avoid submerging in water to prevent distortion.
Store in a dry place when not in use.

Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please contact me to discuss shipping options.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-made items: Dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Custom orders: Dispatch times vary based on the design’s complexity. I’ll give you an estimated completion date when you order.
What shipping options do you offer?
I offer standard and tracked shipping options. Tracked delivery is recommended for peace of mind.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of items, we do not accept returns on custom orders unless there is a fault. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
