SHIPPING POLICY

At Bewitched Stitchin’, every order is carefully crafted and prepared with intention, care, and a touch of magick. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your items journey from our hands to yours.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

While we would love to share our creations worldwide, international shipping is temporarily unavailable due to ongoing import restrictions and rising costs. We hope to expand this in the future and appreciate your understanding.

PROCESSING TIMES

Each piece is prepared with care, and many items are made to order.

Standard items: 3–5 working days
Custom or personalised items: up to 7–10 working days

Orders are typically dispatched on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Orders placed after 5pm will be processed from the next working day.

If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS

We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

Your order will be sent using a trusted courier such as DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail, selected to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery based on your location and order.

Shipping services may vary depending on availability, but all are chosen to provide a safe and trackable delivery wherever possible.

DELEIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

TRACKING

Where available, tracking details will be provided via your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your order’s journey.

SAFE PLACE & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an order, you agree that parcels may be delivered according to the courier’s standard procedures, including:

Leaving in a safe place
Delivering to a neighbour
Marking as delivered based on GPS or photographic confirmation

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled. If you have specific delivery preferences, we recommend providing instructions directly to the courier using your tracking link.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@bewitchedstitchin.co.uk

We will raise an investigation with the courier and support you throughout the process.

Parcels are not considered lost until confirmed by the courier
We will not issue replacements or refunds until the courier investigation is complete

We will always work with you to reach a fair resolution.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible with supporting evidence (such as photos), within 48 hours and in line with our Returns Policy. We will assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Non-personalised items: We can arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional postage charge
Personalised or custom items: As these are made specifically for you, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. Refunds may not be offered in these cases

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Due to the nature of personalised and custom work:

Processing times may vary depending on complexity
Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the order date
These items are non-refundable unless faulty, as outlined in our Returns Policy
