RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Bewitched Stitchin’, each piece is created with care, intention, and a touch of magick. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, but we also ask that returns are handled fairly and respectfully.

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN (CHANGE OF MIND)

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if you change your mind.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and components must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided

You then have a further 14 days to return the item once your return is approved.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ITEMS

Due to the made-to-order nature of personalised and custom products:

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect
This includes embroidered names, custom designs, or bespoke alterations

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

DAMAGES, FAULTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@bewitchedstitchin.co.uk

You will be required to provide:

Clear photos of the issue
Packaging (if relevant)

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights.

Please note:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items must be in original condition.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, wear, or intentional damage
Deduct an appropriate amount from the refund if the item is not returned in its original condition

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 working days for processing
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction

If more than 15 working days have passed since approval, please contact us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Personalised or custom-made items
Sale or discounted items
Gift Cards
